"Well, fans, Hollywood has proved unsuccessful. Whoever said that the Best Director In the WORLD was here obviously lied to me. (you know who you are, you weasel, and I have to drive through your town to get to where he is -- don't let me catch you sleeping.)

So now I'm on the road with Taylor and Greer, somewhere outside of some podunk town in Kansas, writing the newsletter so it comes out on time. The local video store clerk gave me a weird look when I asked for the new copy of VAMPIRE CAMP IV, so I had to convert him into thinking that you-know-who is the bomb, just like in that last town.

Ah, but it makes me sigh, BloodFans. All the way across the country and all I got was some bruised knuckles from smacking that lady at the film office. She should have known better than to lie to me about where He is. But I know now, and rest easy, fans, we'll have an exclusive interview...hopefully conducted naked!
